About the Role
Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently looking for a passionate and driven Junior Sales Manager for a supply chain and manufacturing company. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
