About the Role

Join our team as an External Sales Representative and drive growth in our motor oil and car care product business across South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with new clients, managing existing accounts, and delivering technical product demonstrations to workshop staff and mechanics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily face-to-face sales visits to new potential clients
  • Manage and grow sales within an assigned geographic territory
  • Provide technical product demonstrations to workshop staff and mechanics
  • Negotiate pricing and supply contracts with retail store managers
  • Maintain an accurate CRM record of all customer interactions

Requirements

  • Three years of experience in external field sales
  • Proven track record of selling to workshops or spares shops
  • Experience in conducting technical product pitches to decision-makers
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Background in building trust with technical professionals
