About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrator in Cape Town’s northern suburbs (Cape Gate). As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and respond to phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks and correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good typing skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Excellent English grammar skills for proof reading purposes
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Afrikaans an advantage
