About the Role
A well-established multi-franchise automotive dealership is seeking an experienced and target-driven Parts Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling automotive parts and accessories across multiple brands while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell automotive parts and accessories to retail, trade, and internal workshop customers
- Accurately identify parts using electronic parts catalogues (EPC) and VIN numbers
- Handle counter, telephonic, and online sales enquiries
- Prepare quotations and convert them into sales
- Ensure accurate processing of orders, invoices, and returns
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and workshop staff
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to departmental profitability
- Support promotions and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive parts sales
- Experience in a multi-franchise dealership environment (advantageous)
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
