About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Counter Sales professional to join our team at HDM, based in Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth through your expertise in auto parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and telephonic customers in identifying and selecting required parts.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and handle payments/credit authorizations.
• Maintain knowledge of current products, sales, and promotions.
• Manage inventory, including orders, packing, and stocking parts.
• Liaise with workshop technicians and outside sales representatives.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in the auto parts industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
