About the Role
As a Sales Intern in Amanzimtoti, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our dealership team. This hands-on internship offers exposure to day-to-day operations, sales functions, and customer service skills, allowing you to develop key professional and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales consultants with customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Support vehicle presentations and test drive arrangements
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
- Support online vehicle listings and basic marketing content
- Participate in dealership promotions, events, and activations
- Conduct basic research on vehicle models, pricing, and competitors
- Assist in tracking leads, conversions, and sales performance metrics
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Valid Drivers License (non-negotiable)
- Strong interest in sales and the automotive industry
- Creative, confident, and social media savvy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications
- Studying towards or completed a qualification in Sales & Marketing / Business / Commerce (advantageous)
