About the Role
A results-driven Sales Consultant is required to drive new business development within an allocated territory for Unique Personnel Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and cold calling through to proposal submission, contract negotiation, and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the allocated territory.
- Perform daily cold calling, door-to-door and street-to-street prospecting.
- Schedule and attend client appointments to present service offerings and proposals.
- Identify tender opportunities for self-managing sites within and outside the territory.
- Submit proposals and quotations within 24 hours of client meetings.
- Territory Management: Conduct an annual in-depth territory analysis including SWOT assessment, competitor mapping, and market share review.
- Develop and maintain a Territory Management Plan with clear implementation strategies.
- Attend a minimum of two park-offs per week, positioned strategically for maximum visibility.
- Monitor social media groups and manage territory WhatsApp communication groups for marketing and lead generation.
- CRM & Reporting: Capture all client interactions, site visits, cold calls, proposals, and concluded contracts on the CRM system daily.
- Submit weekly sales activity reports.
- Manage the sales pipeline in line with company processes.

- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in cold calling and territory management
- Strong planning and organisational ability
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Computer literate
- MS Office Fluent in English and Afrikaans (read, write, and speak)
- General RSA citizen
