We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support leadership and help drive business growth. This role goes beyond traditional administrative supportyou will play a key part in lead conversion, marketing efforts, and operational coordination, acting as the owners right hand. Lead Management & Conversion Follow up on incoming leads in a timely and professional manner Nurture and convert prospects into active patients/clients Track and manage lead pipelines to ensure consistent conversion 2. Marketing Support Manage and optimize outreach across platforms such as Google, Instagram, and Facebook Identify opportunities to generate new leads and improve conversion rates Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive business growth 3. Executive & Administrative Support Act as the owners right-hand, managing priorities and daily tasks Organize workflows and ensure projects move forward efficiently Handle incoming requests and prioritize based on business needs 4. Operations Support Assist with client intake and coordination processes Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery Potential to grow into HR and company management support functions over time 5. Task Ownership & Problem-Solving Independently research, execute, and complete assigned tasks Proactively identify issues and implement solutions Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment and successful outcomes Qualifications & Skills: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) 23 years of marketing experience (required) Proven experience in social media management and lead conversion (required) Background or familiarity with healthcare industry (required) Highly tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly Strong organizational and time management skills Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable with shifting priorities Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges Ability Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST To continue with your application, please fill out this form:
