About the Role

Join a respected FMCG team in the Western Cape as a Quality Systems Manager and contribute to ensuring food safety compliance and audit readiness. You will lead the management of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems (FSQMS), including HACCP, certification standards, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage FSQMS systems, including HACCP, certification standards, and audit processes
  • Lead internal and external audits
  • Oversee CAPA and risk management
  • Manage supplier quality
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Solid background in Food Safety Systems within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field
  • 710 years of experience in FMCG and/or food manufacturing

Qualifications

  • Lead Auditor certification (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 or equivalent)
