About the Role
African Echoes Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Management Couple to oversee the full operational management of our private corporate game lodge in Bela-Bela. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience in a private bush environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring smooth and professional service delivery
- Manage guest hosting and overall guest experience
- Handle kitchen management and food preparation as required
- Conduct guided activities and bush experiences for guests
- Manage staff, schedules, and departmental coordination
- Maintain lodge standards, service quality, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety, lodge procedures, and hospitality standards
- Build strong relationships with guests and represent the lodge professionally
Requirements
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Previous experience in a 4 or 5-Star Game Lodge environment
- Relevant Guiding and Chef qualifications required
- Proven experience in lodge or hospitality management
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a small team and maintain high operational standards
- Passion for hospitality, guest service, and the bush environment
