About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Rooms Division Assistant General Manager to join our busy 60-roomed lodge on a Big 5 game reserve, two hours from Johannesburg. As part of our dynamic hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our reception, reservations, housekeeping, curioshop, spa, and maintenance.

- Provide strong operational experience in Rooms Division and lodge operations
- Manage daily tasks to ensure smooth guest experiences
Requirements
- Matric
- Tertiary Hospitality Management diploma
- 4–5 years’ experience in a similar hospitality management role
- Previous experience within a luxury lodge or safari environment with over 50 rooms
- Proficient in Opera / Opera Cloud systems
- Good financial acumen
