About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Camp Manager to join our team at a luxury tented camp in Waterberg, Limpopo. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining lodge facilities and providing exceptional hospitality that meets and exceeds guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain lodge facilities and ensure smooth operation of the lodge complex, FOH & BOH.
- Provide leadership to staff and contribute to the upliftment of skills.
- Manage inventory and stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer relations and respond promptly to guest queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate financial records and make informed decisions regarding budgeting and expenditure.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Camp Manager/Stock Controller role in 4/5 star lodge operation (Essential)
- Good understanding of all functions within a lodge operation, especially FOH or F&B
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience in Innkeeper highly beneficial
- Very strong stock controller skills
- Good financial acumen
- Excellent Customer Relations
