About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at a 4-star lodge in Bela-Bela, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and high standards of quality in all aspects of the food and beverage department.
