The Quality Control (QC) Technician is responsible for inspecting , testing , and verifying that products and materials meet established quality standards and specifications . This role supports production by identifying defects , documenting results , and ensuring compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met. Perform routine tests and measurements using appropriate tools and equipment. Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances. Record inspection and test results accurately in reports or quality systems. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and safety guidelines. Communicate findings with quality team supervisor. Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work environment. Support audits and quality improvement initiatives as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to read and understand specifications, drawings, or work instructions. Familiarity with inspection tools (callipers, measuring tapes, gauges, test equipment). Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
