About the Role
Koi For Life is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Site Foreman to join their team at their Benoni location. As a key member of the site team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our facilities and ensuring that all aspects of site work are completed to a high standard. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and dealing with problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Supervise and coordinate the work of site staff
- Ensure all aspects of site work are completed on time and to a high standard
- Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in general maintenance
- Valid South African ID document
- Valid driver’s license
- Solid understanding of civil, plumbing, and electrical disciplines
- Ability to work well within a team and manage own team
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal with all aspects of site work
Qualifications
Matric certificate required. No further formal education or certifications are specified.
Salary & Benefits
R17 000 per month, including weekend work. Contract is month-to-month.
