The Role:As a Crystaller, youll be responsible for hand-applying crystals to bikinis, posing trunks, and accessories, using heat tools and adhesives to create breathtaking patterns with impeccable attention to detail. Youll work closely with our design team to execute both custom and signature designs.Responsibilities:- Apply crystals to swimwear and competition garments using professional heat-setting tools.- Follow custom design briefs and layout guides with precision.- Maintain consistent spacing, symmetry, and density across all designs.- Collaborate with designers and cutters to ensure flawless presentation.- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines, especially during competition season.- Maintain a clean and organized work area.Skills & Experience:- Experience in embellishment, fashion detailing, or craftwork (preferred, but training provided).- Excellent hand-eye coordination and patience for meticulous work.- A natural sense of symmetry, design, and visual alignment.- Reliable, focused, and able to work independently.- Passion for fashion, fitness, or performance wear is a bonus.Working Hours:- Full-time / Part-time depending on experience and availability.
