About the Role
The Brand Ambassador is responsible for representing a brand in a positive light and increasing brand awareness and sales. This role involves promoting products, managing store displays, and providing excellent customer service to drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be assigned to multiple stores and will work closely with store staff to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Shelf Health: Ensure all price labels are displayed correctly, perform price checks to ensure product scans at the displayed price, and execute point of sales as instructed.
- Negotiate for extra space on shelves to optimize product display.
- Build displays according to specifications and remove products from storerooms when necessary.
- Identify out-of-stock items and communicate with suppliers accordingly.
- Discuss deals or new products with store staff to promote sales growth.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the products merchandised by the company.
- Ability to approach customers in-store and use product knowledge to direct them to use the company’s supplier products when possible.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with store staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
