Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head Miller to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing the milling process and ensuring high-quality products. With 5 years of experience as a Miller, you have developed expertise in wheat and maize production, as well as flour processing. We are looking for someone with a strong background in full spectrum grains, including white and yellow maize.

Key Responsibilities

Manage milling operations to meet production targets
Operate and maintain equipment to ensure efficient processing
Monitor grain quality and adjust processes accordingly
Perform quality control checks on finished products
Maintain accurate records of production and inventory

Requirements

5 years of experience as a Miller
SMA or GMF qualification
Full spectrum grain knowledge, including wheat and maize production
Experience with flour processing
Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

SMA or GMF qualification
