About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head Miller to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing the milling process and ensuring high-quality products. With 5 years of experience as a Miller, you have developed expertise in wheat and maize production, as well as flour processing. We are looking for someone with a strong background in full spectrum grains, including white and yellow maize.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage milling operations to meet production targets
- Operate and maintain equipment to ensure efficient processing
- Monitor grain quality and adjust processes accordingly
- Perform quality control checks on finished products
- Maintain accurate records of production and inventory
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Miller
- SMA or GMF qualification
- Full spectrum grain knowledge, including wheat and maize production
- Experience with flour processing
- Valid driver’s license
