Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain stock control and stock management for all school resources
• Build and maintain positive relationships with staff and external partners
• Utilize SAGE Accounting and Odyssey for daily financial and operational functions
• Independently manage daily operations and ensure seamless workflow
• Perform basic needlework tasks as required
• Communicate effectively in both Afrikaans and English

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) and a relevant qualification in administration or management
• Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic needlework competency
• Proven experience in stock management or control
• Proficient in SAGE Accounting and Odyssey systems
• Reliable transport or own vehicle, with a valid drivers licence

Remuneration:

• R 9 200 Basic plus a fixed R 1 800 for ad hoc administrative work (copying)
• Up to R 5 000 commission payable at the end of each term
