About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Bloemfontein, responsible for driving sales growth in our skin care products within the Free State province and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and engage with clients to understand their needs and promote our skin care products
Conduct on-road sales calls and client meetings to grow portfolio
Work from home-office space 3 days a week, with 1 day spent on the road visiting clients
Manage product allocation of 3x products per month
Achieve monthly sales targets and track progress
Participate in quarterly business trips to Sandton (JHB) for meetings and training
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance

Requirements

Must be able to travel to Sandton (JHB) at least every 3 months (quarterly)
Be based centrally in Bloemfontein and able to travel to surrounding towns for client engagement
Applicable Diploma in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology (skin care knowledge & ingredients essential)
On the road / B2B sales experience within Skin Care industry

Qualifications

CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc.

Salary & Benefits

R15,000 per month (Cost to Company before statutory deductions & commission)
