A well established company based in Bloemfontein, requires a Sales and Service Technician DUTIES: Comply with the law, the companys policies and procedures Willing to work overtime from time to time Update the relevant policies and procedures Maintain existing customers relations Provide service to our customers, including installations, servicing repairs, deliveries and customer training on all the companys products Assist with helpdesk support Assist with stock counts Assist with office administration REQUIRMENTS: Matric 1 years working experience in FMCG (2 years Preferred) Diploma in Business management (Preferred) MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) Knowledge in retail scales and weights and measures Microsoft Office 365, Basic computer skills SLP & Various POS software Sales, Customer Relation and Goal orientated Good problem-solving skills and Good communication skills
