About the Role
As a Customs Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of export and import customs declarations. You will be responsible for liaising with customs authorities and other government agencies, submitting accurate and timely documents, and maintaining meticulous records.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customs authorities and government agencies to process export and import customs declarations
- Process all types of customs declaration documents accurately and efficiently
- Submit ACM manifest to customs and BLNS customs entries in a timely manner
- Handle road freight RCG reports and customs stop shipments
- Ensure accurate data entry, verification, and correction as needed
Requirements
- Sufficient knowledge of customs procedures and regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Formal education or relevant certification in a related field (if applicable)
