About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join our client’s team in Boksburg. As a key member of the sales support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the business
- Manage and respond to a high volume of emails and quotes daily
- Support the sales team with accurate order processing and documentation
- Utilize Sage Evolution and Excel to handle sales data and reporting
- Collaborate with colleagues as a strong team player
- Deliver excellent customer service and continuously look for improvements
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
