About the Role
The Production Manager position is urgently required for our esteemed client, and we are seeking an experienced professional to lead their operations. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the production department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate production schedules and workflows
- Ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime
- Monitor and control production costs and budgets
- Collaborate with teams to achieve production targets and goals
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Completed BEng, BSc or BTech degree in Mining Engineering
- Current holder of a Mine Managers Certificate of Competency
- A minimum of 10 years of operational mining experience
- 5 years of underground mechanised experience
- 5 years within a management role
- Valid driver’s license
