Job Description

Travel & Tourism Company based in Bryanston is looking for a B2B Systems Alignment Consultant to ensure that the DMC’s B2B Portal content is loaded and curated according to defined best practice and work processes. Duties: Conduct daily audits of the company’s B2B Portal to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data. Maintain the integrity of all content on the B2B Portal, ensuring information is up to date and fit for purpose. Ensure data is structured clearly, accessible, and user-friendly for customers and consultants. Monitor data quality and identify gaps, errors, or inconsistencies for correction. Provide ongoing support to internal teams using the B2B Portal, including Contracting, Quality Assurance, and Data Loading teams. Deliver onsite and virtual training to teams on B2B Portal standards, processes, and best practices. Support the implementation and adoption of standardized systems, procedures, and workflows across South Africa. Drive continuous improvement in how the B2B Portal is used, maintained, and governed. Act as a key point of alignment between systems, data, and operational teams. Ensure compliance with agreed data and system governance standards across all teams. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve system or data-related issues efficiently. Requirements: Matric/Grade 12 Diploma in travel and tourism (or similar) Certificate in Management (or similar) 5 years’ experience within a systems environment 3 Years Tourplan advanced experience Management/supervisory experience Tour operator experience MS Office (excel advanced) Competency A mature approach when dealing with people Capacity for dealing with employers and workers at all levels Excellent planning, organisational, and analytical skills Good conflict resolution skills Good verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills Good Problem-solving skills Excellent Organisational skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Building effective working relationships
