About the Role

The Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco) is seeking a skilled Miner with at least three to five years of experience in the mining industry for a challenging role in Burgersfort. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct blasting operations as per scheduled mines
  • Ensure safe working conditions and adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Lead a team of miners and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • Grade 12 Numeracy
  • Blasting Ticket for Scheduled Mines
  • English literate
  • At least three to five years mining experience
  • One year of experience as a Team Leader
  • Valid Medical Certificate (Red Ticket)
  • Valid First Aid Certificate
  • Valid Code 8 drivers license
