Duties: Data Analysis and Reporting: Performance Metrics: Collect and analyse data related to shipment volumes, delivery times, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Reporting: Develop detailed reports and dashboards for management, providing insights into operational performance and areas for improvement. Market Research and Strategy: Industry Trends: Stay updated on global trade regulations, transportation costs, and market trends to help the company adapt to changes and remain competitive. Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of strategies for market expansion, cost reduction, and service enhancement based on data-driven insights Requirements: Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within clearing and forwarding (non-negotiable) Must have experience with creating dashboards and with analytics . A Self-starter with potential for growth. Solutions orientated. MS Office Suite and integration thereof. Power BI and Excel experience (Non-negotiable). Curiosity for, and application of AI Tools.
