We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D CAD/Revit Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and drawings using computer-aided design software, specifically Revit. The 3D CAD/Revit Operator will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and high-quality designs are produced.

Responsibilities:
– Create detailed 3D models and drawings using Revit software based on project specifications and requirements.
– Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project goals and timelines.
– Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulations.
– Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs as necessary.
– Organize and maintain project files and documentation for future reference.
– Stay current with industry trends and software advancements to continually improve skills and techniques.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
– Proficient in using 3D CAD software, specifically Revit.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Entry level 3D modelling, up to expert level coordination of services across floors plate / risers / plantrooms
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Experience working in a construction or architecture firm is preferred.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
– Familiarity with sustainable design principles is a plus.
