About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Breakfast Head Chef to join our award-winning hotel restaurant in Stellenbosch Winelands. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast service, leading by example and driving innovation in menu planning and food preparation techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily breakfast service with attention to detail and high standards
- Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that showcase farm-to-table style cuisine
- Manage and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve excellent results
- Maintain accurate food costing, stock controls, and waste management systems
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
