About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Banqueting Coordinator to join our 5-star property in City Bowl, Cape Town. As a key member of our events team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of banquets and events
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and internal teams
- Manage event budgets and inventory
- Collaborate with the events team to deliver high-quality events
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proven experience in a reservations environment
- Strong numeracy, verbal, and written English skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Formal education or equivalent not specified
