Job Description
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of camp operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead, support, and coordinate the camp team to maintain high standards of hospitality and teamwork
- Ensure guests receive consistent, high-quality service throughout their stay
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests, feedback, or concerns
- Maintain operational readiness of camp facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and comfort standards are met
- Assist with scheduling, basic administration, and coordination of departmental activities
Core Criteria:
- Proven experience in hospitality or lodge operations, ideally within a remote or bush environment
- Strong guest-focused mindset with a natural ability to create warm, personalised, and memorable experiences
- Confident team leader with the ability to manage staff calmly, fairly, and effectively under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine “people-first” approach
- Ability to maintain high operational standards while ensuring seamless day-to-day camp functionality
This is a live-in position.
Work permits will be handled by the company for the right candidate.
