About the Role
A well-established national company in the printing and signage industry is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their Cape Town office based in Paarden Eiland. We are looking for an experienced professional with strong creditors experience to manage our creditors book of approximately R20 million.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a creditors book of approximately R20 million
- Perform supplier reconciliations
- Review invoices and check against approved quotes
- Provide approval / go-ahead for supplier payments
- Liaise with freight forwarders, logistics companies, and riggers
- Support management with monthly reports and financial analysis
- Analyze data and transactions on the Pastel accounting system
- Perform a bi-monthly ink usage and costing calculation based on current sales to support procurement planning
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong financial controls across all creditor accounts
Requirements
- Matric qualification
- A relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar bookkeeping / creditors role
- Proven experience managing a creditors book of R20 million or more
- Strong working knowledge of Pastel Accounting (essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Afrikaans and English proficiency (advantageous)

Salary & Benefits
R18 000 to R22 000 per month (negotiable, depending on experience)
