About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and energetic salesperson to join our team as an Automotive Spare Parts Specialist Counter and Telesales professional in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through your extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on automotive spare parts to customers over the counter, online, or via phone
- Identify solutions to fit customers’ needs and generate sales and renewals
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work within established sales targets and commission structures
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Clean criminal record (checks will be done on shortlisted applicants)
- ITC (no bad debt) status
- Stable work record
