About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Automotive Replacement Parts Specialist to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a permanent, full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers. If you have extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding our products and identifying solutions to fit their needs
- Generate sales and renewals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work within established working hours (Monday – Friday 08:00 to 17:00 & Saturday 08:00 – 13:00)
- Provide accurate information on all parts being sold over the counter, online, or any other platform
Requirements
- Must be a South African Citizen with a clean criminal background and ITC (no bad debt) – checks will be done on shortlisted applicants.
- Previous parts sales experience essential.
- Energetic salesperson with Automotive Spare Parts Sales experience.
