Achieve and exceed sales targets through product demonstrations, upselling opportunities, and knowledgeable recommendations. Stay informed on Nintendo products, new releases, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers. Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, housekeeping, and ensuring the store remains visually appealing and well-organised. Act as a passionate brand ambassador, creating positive and engaging experiences for every customer. Requirements Completed National Senior Certificate/Matric (Minimum requirement) 1 years experience in the retail space Knowledgeable about Nintendo is a plus Passion for gaming and a strong interest in Nintendo products and franchises. Previous retail sales or customer service experience will be advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Ability to work a permanent part-time schedule of 138 hours per month .
