Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a business development strategy to achieve sales and revenue targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive client engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Assess client financial requirements and present suitable finance solutions Promote financial products and services in line with client needs and market demand Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity on the CRM system Provide a high level of customer service to ensure long-term client retention Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Experience within the commercial finance industry is advantageous Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong Microsoft Excel skills If you are a self-driven individual with a strong interest in business development and commercial finance, and you meet the above requirements, you are encouraged to apply.
