Employer Description Our client is based in Johannesburg and have been operating since 1996. They offer innovative property development in South Africa Job Description You will be: Estimating and measurement of tender documents. Preparing accurate bills of quantities (BOQ) & cost estimates. Processing and negotiating payments & final accounts. Reviewing and approving subcontractor quotations & payments. Measuring & valuing variations. Manage costs relating to Building Projects Ensuring adherence to project budgets & providing timely cost reporting. Procuring subcontractors & materials as needed. Conducting regular site visits & attending progress meetings. Maintaining positive relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and clients. Qualifications Minimum National diploma in building science B-Tech Qs and above preferred. Skills 5 years exp as per the job description Experience in high rise residential buildings Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QS software, CSS Good knowledge of industry standards, construction methods and materials. Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license. Benefits Inclusive
