About the Role

The Fuel Retail Association is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Convenient Store Supervisor to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of cashiers and ensuring that all store operations run smoothly. You will also be involved in stocktakes and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise cashiers and ensure smooth operation of the store
  • Conduct stocktakes and manage inventory levels
  • Lead by example and provide quality service standards to customers

Requirements

  • Fluent in 2 of the official South African languages (e.g. Afrikaans, isiZulu, isiXhosa)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to read and write
  • At least 2 years experience as a cashier or similar role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications or diplomas (e.g. retail management, customer service)

Salary & Benefits
