This role is client-facing and requires an individual who thrives in a high-performance environment, delivers consistent service excellence, and builds strong relationships across departments with both internal and external clients. A corporate company, based in Cape Town CBD – parking provided. Requirements: Matric Relevant tertiary qualification would be to your advantage 2-5 year reception and/or client service experience Proven experience in high-level client liaison Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team player who enjoys responsibility Strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Consistent, reliable and accountable Ability to follow instructions, systems and procedures Strong conflict management and team collaboration skills High levels of professionalism and confidentiality Timekeeping management flawless Own transport Responsibilities: Welcome and direct clients and visitors professionally Manage the switchboard, screen calls and relay accurate messages Maintain professional email and telephone etiquette Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with function arrangements Receive, sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail Provide general administrative and clerical support Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company procedures Build rapport across departments and support collaboration Take ownership and accountability for tasks through to completion Proactively identify improvements and show initiative Assist with events, meetings, conferences and workshops for high value stakeholders.
