About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team, working from home as part of our work-from-opportunity programme. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experience to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and webex
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilise internal booking and form system to manage customer interactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
- Work efficiently under time pressure to meet productivity targets
Requirements
- Previous contact centre or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and empathy
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure
- Basic computer literacy and experience using communication platforms
