About the Role
The Debtors Clerk will support the finance team at our Cape Town office, playing a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Capturing of receipts in Xero
- Syncing of receipts between Xero and Greatsoft
- Reconciling the Xero and Greatsoft receipts and debtors balances
- Assisting the credit controller with various schedules
- Sending copies of invoices and statements to clients on request
- Part of the switchboard relief team
- Various admin schedules for Finance department
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in a debtors clerk role
Proficiency in Xero
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications required.
