About the Role

The Design Draughtsperson role is a key position in our team, responsible for creating high-quality mechanical engineering drawings and models. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Cape Town City Centre: Bellville.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects using 3D draughting software such as Inventor or SolidWorks
Create mechanical drawings of pressure vessels, piping, and structural equipment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time

Requirements

BTech or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Strong academic performance in Strength of Materials, Fluid Mechanics, and Thermodynamics
Minimum of 5 years experience using 3D draughting software such as Inventor or SolidWorks
Minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical draughting of pressure vessels, piping, and structural equipment

Qualifications

BTech or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
