About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to join our team in Cape Town City Centre, providing top-notch support to end-users and internal customers alike. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, migrating users to Office 365, and ensuring seamless operation of Microsoft desktop operating systems.

Key Responsibilities

Support end Users and walk-in users
Troubleshoot issues and support with Office 365 migrations
End User Support
Clearly communicate with users
Support on Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
Troubleshooting both on the hardware and software level
Building and configuring of operating system
Prioritize workload and adapt to fast-paced environments
Support internal customers

Requirements

Strong technical understanding
Good communication skills
Experience with Windows 7, 10 & 11
Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems experience

Qualifications

Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
