Junior/ Intermediate Estimator Location: Lansdowne Job Type: Full-time Industry: Construction Reports To: Senior Estimator Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior/Intermediate Estimator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 35years of experience in estimating, preferably within a consulting environment. The successful candidate will assist in preparing accurate cost estimates, attend site meetings, and generate small quotes. Familiarity with estimating software such as WinQS or CCS is highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities Measure quantities from drawings and specifications Prepare and generate small quotes and cost estimates Attend site meetings and conduct site assessments Assist in compiling tender documentation Support the Senior Estimator with reporting and analysis Maintain organized records of estimates and project data Requirements 12 years experience in estimating, preferably in a consulting environment Proficient in measurement techniques and quantity take-offs Experience with estimating software (WinQS or CCS preferred) Ability to attend site meetings and interact with clients and contractors Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and time management Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (advantageous) Skills & Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive and eager to learn High level of accuracy and professionalism Good organizational and problem-solving abilitie
