Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for maintenance, renovation, and construction projects. Analyse project plans, specifications, and scope of work to determine required materials, labor, and equipment. Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. Evaluate quotes and compile comprehensive bid proposals. Ensure all estimates align with safety, quality, and operational requirements. Maintain detailed records and cost databases to support future estimating activities. What Were Looking For Prior experience estimating for construction, property maintenance, or renovation work. Strong understanding of building materials, labor costs, and project budgeting. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
