About the Role
Uphando HR Services is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our medical practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage patient records and medical software (experience with Vericlaim an asset)
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Medical Receptionist Experience
- Medical Software experience would be beneficial (e.g. Vericlaim)
- Completed Grade 12
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
- Afrikaans & English fluent
- People person personality
- Reliable Transport / Valid Driver’s License
- Attention to detail
- Neat & Presentable
