About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled freelance Facebook Ad Designer to join our team on an ad-hoc basis. As a remote freelancer, you’ll be working with our agency and clients in the home improvement, construction, and renovation industries to create high-converting ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scroll-stopping, high-converting Facebook and Instagram ad creatives
- Produce multiple variations for A/B testing
- Adapt designs for different clients, offers, and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing teams to turn ad concepts into visuals that drive results
- Deliver designs in formats optimised for Meta ad placements
Requirements
- Experienced in paid social media design (Facebook & Instagram ads specifically)
- Comfortable producing quick-turnaround, ad-ready creatives
- Confident in visual storytelling that drives clicks and engagement
- Self-motivated, reliable, and ready to work ad-hoc when campaigns run
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design software
- Portfolio must include Facebook/Instagram ad creatives you’ve actually designed
Salary & Benefits
