About the Role
As an Internal Sales Representative in our Cape Town City Centre branch, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving daily targets while providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with internal and external customers to expedite enquiries and contribute to the success of the branch and group.
Key Responsibilities
- Take enquiries from internal and external customers and expedite them to benefit the branch and group.
- Be fully involved in daily branch operations.
- Achieve daily sales targets.
- Drive sales growth.
- Attend to customer and branch enquiries and submit quotations timeously.
- Service telephonic customers and counter sales clients.
- Handle financial administration: process quotes, create invoices, purchase orders, and assist Sales Representatives with enquiries.
- Identify and target new customers from an internal sales perspective.
- Issue non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Process manual transactions on the system.
- Measure customer samples where required.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in the Engineering, Mining, or Agricultural sector
- K8 system experience (advantageous)
