About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a specialist in sales, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. If you have a strong understanding of client and market dynamics, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage key accounts to drive revenue growth and expand existing relationships
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
Conduct regular customer meetings and provide exceptional customer service
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales account management experience
Strong understanding of client and market dynamics and requirements
Extensive knowledge of sales principles and processes
Computer literate: proficient at an Intermediate level in Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Qualifications

Higher Certificate or similar relevant tertiary qualification (NQF5)
Diploma or similar relevant qualification (NQF6) preferred
