Responsibilities:

Technical Identify, report, and rectify technical issues on assigned production equipment. Understand product quality criteria, process details (material feeding, injection moulding, etc.), equipment specifics, mould installation, and technical drawings. Fault Analysis and Problem Solving Perform fault analysis and problem solving for product quality, mould issues, and machine malfunctions. Report problems to Maintenance and Production Managers. Maintenance Develop maintenance plans and checklists. Ensure maintenance is performed as planned and document accordingly. Spares Identify and manage spares for assigned equipment. Machine Setting Develop, set, and document machine settings. Safely handle machines with bridged safety switches when necessary. Management Coordinate with Maintenance and Production Managers. Ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. Strive for continuous improvement. Administration Log jobs and analyze the Defect Register. Coordinate with external suppliers and assist in the ordering process. Health & Safety Enforce health and safety standards. Maintain housekeeping and report hazards or incidents. Quality Apply company quality principles and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) Comply with site-specific food safety principles and standards. Self-Development, Growth and Training Assess strengths and development areas, stay updated on technical improvements, and foster teamwork and leadership. General Perform additional tasks as required.
