Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Maintain and ensure production equipment is in good working order. Set up machines correctly and ensure proper operation. Conduct fault analysis and problem-solving when malfunctions or rejects occur. Identify, report, and rectify technical issues to ensure smooth production. Perform regular maintenance. Ensure adherence to food safety standards, customized to the sites requirements. Handle administration related to the maintenance and production processes. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 5 years` experience in a setting-related role. Key Skills and Knowledge: Strong technical problem-solving and fault analysis capabilities. Proficiency in machine setting and maintenance. Knowledge of food safety standards specific to the manufacturing environment.
